Cortisol Checker

A research-led state observer for making the path from stimulus to felt change more legible. It does not measure biological cortisol and is not medical testing.

Stimulus → state

What happened between noticing it and feeling it?

Separate observation from interpretation, then record appraisal, feeling, reported bodily signals, persistence, response, and recovery. Four synthetic cases are open to everyone; a personal entry begins only after identity connection.

Existing members

Private by construction.

Free-text reflection stays in page memory and disappears on reload. Only explicitly confirmed structured categories can be retained; no observation automatically changes Wellbeing Identity.

Reported, not inferred

The observer organizes only the categories and durations a participant selects.

Narrative stays local

Descriptions, interpretations, reappraisal text, and learning never enter the persistence payload.

Not a medical test

The observer does not measure cortisol, diagnose stress, or compute resilience.

Historical continuity

The V1 language analyzer remains readable.

Its manually authored language-rule score and labels are preserved as legacy research evidence. They are not participant-state or neurochemical findings.
