Protocol
Math of Value
VC = W × Vcom is a typed research relation for wellbeing and commons-realized value, not a universal measure of human worth.
Canonical grammar
A single tilde marks a protocol, double tilde marks a node, triple tilde marks a facet, and four tildes mark a signal.

Active term
VCValue created
A typed value output for a bounded observation. Its meaning depends on whether the context is wellbeing evidence or commons-realized Performance.

Two kinds of time slices
Non-Performance creates wellbeing value. Performance may create commons-realized value.
Non-Performance time slice
- Wellbecoming tags
- Physiology, Emotion, Feeling, Thought, Habit
- ~SAOcommons
- Not automatically activated
- Typed relation
- VC_wb = W × Vcom_wb
- Currency value
- No automatic currency claim
- Output
- W and identity state may update
Performance time slice
- Wellbecoming tag
- Performance
- ~SAOcommons
- Conditionally active
- ~SAOcommons nodes
- ~~Learning, ~~Earning, ~~OrgBuilding
- Vcom
- Commons-governed source rate may apply
- Currency value
- May be calculated
- Typed relation
- VC_perf = W × Vcom_perf
- Time boundary
- ~~~StartTime to ~~~EndTime
~ example
One validated Performance hour
Wnorm= 0.8
Vcomrate= ₹1,000/hour
Δt= 1 hour
VCslice= 0.8 × ₹1,000 × 1 = ₹800
This currency calculation applies only to a commons-validated Performance slice. Non-Performance slices may still create wellbeing value through VC_wb, but they do not automatically create a currency claim.
If a Commons validates that Performance contribution at ₹1,000/hour and the observed wellbeing state is normalized to 0.8, then one hour is modeled as ₹800 of value created.
The person is not worth ₹800. The bounded contribution is valued at ₹800 under that Commons rate and that observed wellbeing state.
Baseline architecture
Stock establishes context. Flow updates state.
BWS₀f(Identity stock, Snapshot₀)
Baseline W does not come only from the six Wellbecoming nodes. Baseline W comes from the whole ~WellbeingIdentity stock plus the initial ~WellbecomingProtocol snapshot.
BWS₀ = f(WellbeingIdentity_stock, WellbecomingSnapshot₀)
After baseline: Wₜ = Wₜ₋₁ + ΔW_slice
~WellbeingIdentity is the slow-changing stock of the person. ~WellbecomingProtocol is the fast-changing flow layer. ΔW_slice is produced through the relevant Wellbecoming node.
Time boundary
Time belongs to the captured slice.
~~~StartTime~~~EndTime
VC = W × Vcom remains the conceptual public equation. ~ValueCaptureProtocol/~~TimeSlice supplies the application boundary through StartTime and EndTime. Multiple slices may later be aggregated or integrated across time.
