These operational terms describe the private state observer, synthetic demonstrations, and frozen legacy language analysis. They are not legal advice and remain subject to independent review.
Use of the website
The website provides public education, institutional context, research orientation, and communication about Internet of Value Research Foundation and related protocol work.
State observation and legacy research
Anyone may inspect the synthetic V2 cases and use the bounded legacy language-analysis demonstration subject to rate limits. Recording or saving a personal V2 event requires identity connection and explicit consent. Personal observation, saving, identity, workshop, and creator functions remain discretionary and revocable. A DID or workshop credential does not create employment, membership, ownership, payment, token, equity, or other financial rights.
Participant responsibilities
Use only text you are permitted to submit. Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade rate limits, interfere with the service, identify other participants, or treat research output as a medical decision. Protect magic links and report suspected account compromise.
Consent, saving, and deletion
V2 narrative reflection stays in page memory and is never part of a save. A verified identity holder may separately consent to store only the disclosed structured observation. Corrections append revisions; reads show the latest revision; deletion removes the complete revision group. Default retention is 90 days unless the owner explicitly extends it. Historical V1 observations remain under their frozen contract.
Research limitations
V2 summaries repeat participant-selected categories and durations. They are not biological cortisol measurements, inferred mental states, diagnoses, identity claims, regulation-effectiveness scores, resilience scores, or validated universal measures. V1 scores remain manually authored language-rule outputs. Availability, accuracy, and continued access are not guaranteed during review.
Protocol source of truth
The website is the public explanation and experience layer. Canonical protocol definitions, variables, schemas, and interoperability contracts remain in the IoV Spec and associated canonical repositories.
