What changed

• Defines canonical identity narrowly as a stable anchor and shared semantic grammar, not a universal profile object or shared database.
• Adds ownership, projection-lifecycle, interaction, and release-flow figures designed to remain readable from phone to desktop.
• Makes public and replay projection paths concrete, with included and excluded fields shown without publishing individual records.
• Records Explorer independence as an intentional teaching boundary and states the visual-governance decision rules.

What remained unresolved

• No protocol semantics, renderer behaviour, contracts, consent boundaries, or product runtime changes are introduced by this edition.
• Pilot W remains experimental and is not the canonical composite WellbeingScore.
• The paper is implementation documentation, not an independent security review, clinical validation, or regulatory assessment.
