Seven Days to Form, Fourteen Days to Observe
The controlled-entry architecture of the 21-Day Wellbeing Identity Genesis.

Wellbeing Identity Genesis is also a controlled way to enter the ecosystem. It asks a participant to arrive neither as an empty account nor as a score produced on demand, but as a person with a formed identity context and an observed history of time.
During Days 1–7, the participant forms the eight nodes of Wellbeing Identity. This is not a week of profile optimization. It is a deliberate encounter with what is given, earned, rented, practiced, valued, narrated, historically carried, and consented. The work includes explicit disclosure choices because an evidence process cannot be legitimate if it quietly assumes access to everything a person has said.
During Days 8–21, the participant completes at least fourteen eligible days of Value Logging. The goal is not maximum activity. It is adequate observation across the six components: enough lived evidence to see whether the first-person assessment has support, gaps, or contradictions. Unknown and unlogged time remains visible. Absence is not automatically punished, and presence is not automatically rewarded.
On Day 21, the participant and reviewer enter Genesis review. They inspect the six dossiers, resolve missing evidence, identify any material contradiction, confirm the final values, and record the issuer’s attestation. Only then does the lifecycle move from identity draft and observation into Genesis ratification and active Wellbeing Identity.
Participants may create records during onboarding, but canonical ecosystem entry occurs after ratification. This protects both the participant and the institution. The participant is not judged from a single intake moment. The institution does not pretend that account creation is the same as a constituted baseline.
The programme can pause. Consent can be revised. An incomplete observation window can be extended. A material interruption can lead to a restarted fixed window rather than a favourable subset. Failure is not a moral category; it is a state in a process that must remain legible.
Twenty-one days is therefore a practical founding architecture: seven days to form the context, fourteen days to observe lived time, and one review to establish where measurement begins.
