The Genesis Review

The Genesis review is where evidence becomes an institutional beginning. It is not a machine searching for permission to adjust a number. It is a review of whether the proposed six-component state is sufficiently supported to become the origin of replay.

The reviewer begins with an immutable snapshot of the formed Identity and a fixed observation window. Fixed matters. If a person has thirty available calendar days, the process should not quietly select the most flattering fourteen. The window records eligible days, observed time, activity count, component coverage, unknown time, and provenance. These totals describe the quality and extent of observation, not the quality of the person.

Each component dossier then brings together the relevant Identity nodes, consented references, evidence type and quality, current self-assessment, observed evidence, contradictions, and any justified suggested range. Performance is separated into Learning, Earning, and OrgBuilding so one form of activity cannot stand in for every form of contribution.

If the evidence supports the existing value, qualification creates no movement. A bootstrap baseline can become genesis_ratified through an append-only qualification record while preserving its values, composite, creation time, and effective boundary. The ratification time is recorded separately. This recognizes new evidence about the legitimacy of the starting point without rewriting what the starting point was.

If evidence materially contradicts a component, silence is prohibited. The system records the contradiction and suggested range, then asks the person to confirm only the proposed component change. No reviewer, model, or aggregation routine may silently recalibrate the person. A confirmed change begins prospectively through a new epoch; it does not rewrite prior history.

The replay boundary follows the same logic. Records before Genesis are evidence used to constitute the baseline. They cannot be replayed afterward as movements, because that would count the same life twice. Only events strictly after the Genesis boundary can change the live state.

Constitution is therefore append-only, consented, reviewable, and explicit about its limits.
