The Founder Case

Moses did not encounter Genesis as a new participant. By the time the architectural distinction became clear, his eight-node Wellbeing Identity had already been formed and his Value Log contained substantially more than the minimum observation period.

The correct response was not to make him perform twenty-one symbolic days again. Retrospective qualification examined the evidence that already existed. An immutable snapshot anchored the formed Identity. A complete fixed thirty-calendar-day observation window was frozen rather than choosing a favourable subset. That window contained 25 eligible recorded days, 337 activities, and 430 hours 25 minutes of recorded time, with evidence coverage across all six Wellbecoming components. Performance observation was separated across Learning, Earning, and OrgBuilding.

Those aggregates are public here because they explain qualification without revealing activity descriptions, private Identity facets, component dossiers, workshop responses, or the records of anyone else. They are not presented as proof of health or merit. They establish that the life informing the baseline was observed with sufficient breadth for review.

The evidence review found no material contradiction requiring a component change. The six-component founder state and its owner-private composite therefore remained exactly as they were. Qualification appended a new ratification revision with zero delta. It preserved the original baseline boundary and recorded a separate ratification timestamp. No Value Log event was manufactured. No pre-baseline observation was replayed as movement.

This is a subtle but important outcome. The architecture changed the status and provenance of the baseline without changing the person’s measured state. It repaired constitutional incompleteness without inventing numerical motion.

The case remains bounded. The HouseOfBros founder policy is canonical for Moses under its declared issuer authority and experimental as a model for other people. Founder self-review is explicitly labelled. Public disclosure remains controlled in Word Wallet, independent of ratification. A healthy public profile is not permission to expose private score fields or evidence.
