Non-Performance does not mean non-value
Non-Performance does not mean non-value. It means non-priced, non-market, or not-yet-realized value.
A sleep block, recovery session, journal entry, emotional regulation practice, breathwork session, dream reflection, or habit repair can create wellbeing value. It can update W. It can change the observer’s represented wellbeing state. It may be supported by self-review, coach review, cohort review, wearable proof, journal proof, or other evidence. But it does not automatically become a monetary claim.
The old economy often treats Non-Performance time as invisible unless it eventually produces output. Sleep matters because it improves work. Recovery matters because it restores productivity. Emotional regulation matters because it prevents failure. The Internet of Value makes a stronger claim: these slices matter even before they become performance. They matter because they update the person.
Where W lives
W is not floating inside ~WellbecomingProtocol. W lives inside ~WellbeingIdentity.
~WellbeingIdentity
~~IdentityState~~~WellbeingScore~~~ScoreHistory~~~ProtocolConvergence
The Wellbeing Score is one current-state signal inside ~WellbeingIdentity. It is shaped by the person’s slow-changing identity stock and updated by time-slice evidence through ~WellbecomingProtocol.
Founder baseline W
Under HouseOfBros Founder Policy v0.1, the six components are the numerical source of truth. Moses supplies one reviewed 1.0–10.0 rating for Physiology, Emotion, Feeling, Thought, Habit, and Performance; each becomes 100–1000 by multiplying by 100. The historical scalar 843 is not decomposed into invented components.
W₀ = 0.20Ph + 0.10E + 0.10F + 0.20T + 0.10H + 0.30Pf
After baseline:
Wₜ = Wₜ₋₁ + ΔW_slice
~WellbeingIdentity is the slow-changing stock of the person. ~WellbecomingProtocol is the fast-changing flow layer. ΔW_slice is produced through the relevant Wellbecoming node.
ΔW_slice should remain evidence-sensitive, context-sensitive, and revisable. A logged breathwork session is not automatically a positive score event. The system must consider proof, prior baseline, recurrence, context, and later effects. Otherwise the protocol becomes a mood-points vending machine, which would be tragic and slightly stupid.
Non-Performance creates wellbeing value. It does not create automatic currency value.
Implementation lens
Legacy Pilot W remains preserved through wim-legacy-v1. The prospective founder branch uses the affected component's nine-band maximum-movement rule, low/medium/high factors of 1/3, 2/3, and 1, no confidence multiplier, and no daily cap. One real-world occurrence creates one transition regardless of how its time slices are split. The resulting projection is labelled HouseOfBros WellbeingScore · Founder Policy v0.1 and remains under longitudinal calibration.
